ASHA Hotel Reservations
ASHA's housing reservation service is now closed (with the exception of two hotels). Housing reservations can be made through ASHA's Housing Service online or by phone at 866-229-3691 for the Doubletree New Orleans Hotel and/or the Omni Royal Orleans Hotel only (now through November 12).
If you made hotel reservations through ASHA's Housing Service, your data will be transferred to the hotels on or around November 9. After this date, you must contact your hotel directly for any new reservations, changes or cancellations. Please note that ASHA discounted rates will be available at the discretion of the hotels.

Confirmations
After reserving a hotel room, you should receive a confirmation within 72 hours. If you do not, please contact Customer Service at asha@experient-inc.com or 866-229-3691 (toll free) or 301-694-5243.
