Opt-Out of the ASHA CE Registry

The ASHA CE Registry is a service that keeps track of your ASHA CEUs. The ASHA CEUs are recorded on a transcript that lists all the continuing education courses you have taken through our network of more than 520 ASHA Approved Continuing Education (CE) Providers.
The ASHA CE Registry functions much like a college Registrar. In addition to maintaining a cumulative record of courses and ASHA CEUs, official transcripts are also issued upon request.
Opt-In: If you'd like to take advantage of the convenience and security offered by the ASHA CE Registry, simply pay the invoice you received either by mail or phone (800-498-2071).
Opt-Out: If you do not want the ASHA CE Registry to maintain a permanent record of the continuing education course(s) taken and the ASHA CEUs accumulated, complete and submit the information below.
